The project is part of a wider R9 million investment in Hout Bay, which also included upgrades to the Imizamo Yethu Sports Complex and the Hangberg Recreation Centre.
The facility has received significant repairs, including a brand-new roof, new windows, and upgraded ablution facilities.
Mayoral committee member for Community Services and Health, Francine Higham says the facilities provide safe, accessible environments that create positive alternatives and opportunities for young people that will help steer them away from crime.
