Rand Water to wrap up the first phase of its maintenance

The first phase of Rand Water's infrastructure maintenance is expected to be completed today.
The water utility's 107-hour infrastructure maintenance project aims to connect new water supply channels.

The project will affect several municipalities, including the City of Ekurhuleni, the City of Tshwane, and parts of Mpumalanga such as Victor Khanye, with a complete shutdown of pumping operations at the Mapleton station during the maintenance window.

The maintenance will be moving to the Johannesburg City Centre tomorrow.
