Gwarube was speaking at the Learner Leadership Summit at the Johannesburg City Council Chambers on Sunday, where she was delivering the keynote address.
The Summit was hosted with the core objective to support and strengthen the functioning of RCLs across all provinces.
She says young people are the backbone of the community that will drive change on African soil:
