Senegalese TikTokker Khaby Lame has been named ambassador for the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar.
He will join the Torch Relay, starting in Dakar on September 12, and participate in the YOG Torch Tour across Senegal.
Lame will help promote the Games to young audiences and support initiatives that increase social and inclusive participation.
The Youth Olympics run from October 31 to November 13, with around 2,700 athletes competing.
