Fitness fans in Cape Town participated in the Cycle for Change Spinathon, where they pedalled to help fund permanent indoor cycling studios for Velokhaya Cycling Academy and Songezo's Cycling academy.

The Velokhaya Cycling Academy in Khayelistha supports youth through cycling, education and mentoring, while the Songezo Cycling Academy offers the youth an opportunity to participate in cycling as a much-needed recreational activity.
