The sold-out Carols by Candlelight event held at The Venue started Melrose Arch's Destination Christmas season, which is known for its decorations, entertainment, and spirit of giving.
Proceeds from the evening directly support SA Harvest’s mission, as well as the Drakensberg Boys Choir.
Each candle lit represented 65 meals for families in need, spreading joy and hope.

Reigning champions South Africa have moved to second in the ICC World Test Championship 2025 to 2027 standings.
This follows their first Test victory in India since 2010 as they triumphed by 30 runs in Kolkata on Sunday.
The Proteas now have 24 points behind Australia, with Sri Lanka in third, India fourth, and Pakistan in fifth place.
Each of the 7-nations play three series at home and away in the cycle.
The top two teams will progress to the final in 2027.
