South Africa beat Argentina 12–5 in the final and finished the tournament unbeaten.
The victory promotes the team to the Sevens 2 series.

Community groups in Soweto hosted a two-day back-to-school campaign at Zola Eco Park.
Learners from Zola and Emdeni received haircuts, braiding, and shoe-polishing services.
The initiative was led by Ekujuleni Kwenhliziyo Community Development with Voice It in Action and iSabelo Development Solution.
Founder Khululiwe Mtshali says the campaign helps children prepare for the school year.
Organisers say the event is part of ongoing efforts to support learners and families in the community.
