Story 2
A group of South African digital creators was introduced to artificial intelligence and digital twin technology at a workshop in Woodmead.
The session brought together over 20-award-winning creators with a combined online following of more than 15-million.
The workshop, hosted by Afru-ikigAI in partnership with Huawei Cloud and the South African Social Media Awards, focused on practical uses of AI, including the creation of digital versions of creators to support content production, workflow automation and new income streams.
Organisers say the initiative aims to equip creators with immediately applicable skills, with plans to roll out similar workshops across South Africa and other African markets.
