Staff and students from IIE-Vega Johannesburg transformed the Sandton SPCA’s Book and Charity Shop with a fresh coat of paint and a colourful mural.
Over two days, the team brought energy and creativity to the building, with more stencil artwork planned later this month to complete the design.
During the project, volunteers also spent time with the animals, and many have signed up to help walk dogs regularly.
Sandton SPCA staff welcomed the support, saying the initiative not only revitalised the space but celebrated the impact people can make in the lives of others.
