67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day, in partnership with Cedar Lakes Estate, donated 120 hand-crafted blankets to disadvantaged children at the New Jerusalem Children’s Home in President Park, in Midrand.
Secretary of the New Jerusalem Children’s Home board of directors, Mandy Gilder, shared a heartfelt account of her journey, expressing the immense joy she feels in serving on the board and highlighting the vital role the Home plays in transforming the lives of the children in its care.
The non-profit organization provides shelter and care for more than 120 children offering holistic residential care services aimed at addressing the physical, social and intellectual needs of abandoned and orphaned, children.
