Renowned Businessman and philanthropist Zunaid Moti has launched the 2025 Moti Cares Winter Drive, which aims to distribute 20,000 blankets across the country.

While the foundation supports various causes throughout the year, the Winter Blanket Drive has become one of its most impactful interventions, bringing hope and relief during South Africa’s coldest months.

This year’s Blanket Drive not only showcases the power of unity, compassion and action but also exemplifies Moti’s mission to provide real and immediate support to those in need.

From June until the end of winter, numerous blanket handovers will reach under-resourced neighborhoods, shelters, hospitals, and organizations.

Local NGO Heartlines has launched the "Father's matter" campaign, aimed at giving support and guidance to fathers.

Heartlines says it hopes to see 5 million men and society at large, getting involved in the biggest campaign of its kind in Africa, which aims to encourage fathers and men to be a part of a movement that spearheads positive involvement in the lives of children.

The NGO has also launched a WhatsApp interactive coach that helps dad's ask questions on how to navigate parenting.
