The project also builds youth confidence and provides a platform for talent development in the fashion industry.
Director Cathy Heaton says the aim is to help young people grow in confidence while learning to create with purpose and responsibility.

SportyTV secures World Cup 2026 broadcast rights in SA

SportyTV has secured Pay TV rights in South Africa to broadcast all 104 matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026, which will be played in the Amerias.
The broadcaster will operate studios in Cape Town and Madrid, providing pre- and post-match coverage, analysis and commentary.
Crews will report from across the United States, Canada and Mexico to follow Bafana Bafana during the tournament.
SportyTV will also stream digital highlights and fan content throughout the competition.
