MSC Cruises is bringing the MSC Opera back to South Africa for the 2025/2026 season. The ship can carry 2,658 passengers and will sail from Durban and Cape Town to destinations like the Portuguese Islands, Mozambique, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Reunion. One can choose between short and long 14-night trips. MSC has also teamed up with hotels in Durban and Cape Town to make it easy for travelers to stay before or after their cruise. The ship will be cruising South African waters until April 2026.

The blind Proteas and DP World Lions blind cricketers are partaking in a T20 series in India. The blind cricketers will tour Bangalore, India, for a five-match T20 bilateral series against the host nation from the 12th of May to the 16th. DP World Lions blind cricketers have demonstrated a strong blend of experience and emerging talent. Captain Isaac Bidla, has been instrumental in guiding the players through rigorous training and strategic planning.
