The blind Proteas and DP World Lions blind cricketers are partaking in a T20 series in India. The blind cricketers will tour Bangalore, India, for a five-match T20 bilateral series against the host nation from the 12th of May to the 16th. DP World Lions blind cricketers have demonstrated a strong blend of experience and emerging talent. Captain Isaac Bidla, has been instrumental in guiding the players through rigorous training and strategic planning.
The teams will be involved in a two-day coaching clinic where players will collaborate with experienced Indian coaches. SOUND

Gautrain's 50% Travel Discount

Gautrain has launched a new program called KlevaMova to help communters save costs on travel. It gives travellers a 50% discount on weekly, monthly, and return trips. People who live in households earning 350,000 rand or less per year can apply. The discount also applies automatically to SASSA grant holders, pensioners, school kids, and students under 25. Gauteng Transport MEC Kedibone Diale-Tlabela said this will help many families and make transport cheaper. It also supports the province’s plan to improve public transport and reduce traffic and pollution.
