The programme is dedicated to empowering individuals. This is through skills training, which facilitates careers that contribute to Africa’s green economy. Project manager, Khutso Bapela, says the initiative was launched to prepare communities for future work opportunities that are inclusive and sustainable.

A California fitness education group has broken a Guinness World Record by organizing the largest game of "Red Light, Green Light," with 1,423 participants. CF Fitness Inc., which promotes physical activity in schools, hosted the event at Yorba Park in Anaheim. Students from the Anaheim Elementary School District, other local districts, and community members—including police officers, firefighters, and city officials—took part. The record was officially confirmed by Guinness World Records adjudicator Brittany Dunn, who praised the energy and enthusiasm of the participants. She noted that even an older police officer joined the game. The event supports CF Fitness Inc.'s goal of encouraging movement and community engagement through fun, inclusive activities.
