Petco, Tuffy and Myplas launched the recycling partnership with Operation Smile South Africa and the Sweethearts Wheelchair Foundation yesterday.
Myplas collects the bottle tops, turns them into recycled plastic, and uses the money to support charities.
The campaign also reduces plastic waste by keeping bottle tops out of landfills and the environment.

Musi Comprehensive Secondary School won the challenge, with participating schools receiving AI laptops.
