The inaugural South Africa Fashion Awards will be held in Sandton, on the 4th of next month.
Legendary designer David Tlale will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Laduma Ngxokolo will be honoured for his global contribution to fashion.
Nominees include Thebe Magugu, Rich Mnisi, and Bonang Matheba.
Voting is open and proceeds will benefit the Diamond Children’s Foundation.

City of Johannesburg begins 2nd phase of Lilian Ngoyi Street construction project

While the first phase focused on restoring the road, the second phase will concentrate on enhancing the precinct’s visual appeal.
The corridor was reopened to traffic on Friday, following more than two years of closure after it was damaged by an underground gas explosion.
