The campaign which runs from today until Friday, offers members of the public free assistance with drafting basic wills through participating attorneys nationwide.
This initiative is by the department in partnership with the Law Society of South Africa and Legal Aid South Africa.
Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi says drafting a valid Will remains one of the most important steps individuals can take to protect their families:
