The Johannesburg Metro Police Department has announced temporary road closures around Johannesbirg today.
The closures will be enforced from 09h00 am to 01h00 pm as part of traffic measures leading up to the G20 leaders Summit, which will be held at the Nasrec Expo centre later this month.
Some of the affected routes will include parts of the Mike 1, Nasrec and Randshow Road, Eldorado park offramp, the Golden highway and Soweto Highway.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes such as Chris Hani road, Main Reef road, the N17 and Adcock Ingram road.
