G20 Presidency Gives South Africa Platform to Drive Global Economic Solutions

South Africa, under the presidency of the G20, is committed to driving a process for concrete solutions to global economic challenges.
This is according to Director-General in the National Treasury, Duncan Pieterse.
Pieterse was making the opening remarks at the fourth G20 Finance Track meetings of deputy finance ministers and deputy central bank governors in Durban.
He says there has been progress made regarding the debt crisis facing nations in the global south and the call for an urgent global finance architecture reform by advocates from the region:
