Kyalami to host 9th annual Festival of Motoring

The ninth edition of the Festival of Motoring will return to the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit from the 28th of August.
The annual event has positioned itself as a platform where consumers can interact directly with new vehicles through track and off-road driving experiences.
Organisers say more than 20 automotive brands are expected to participate, with more than 10,000 complimentary track drives planned on the Kyalami circuit.
Visitors will be able to test the latest models under supervision on the main circuit, as well as on a dedicated self-handling track featuring more than 40 vehicles.
Hospitality options will include family-focused viewing areas and a premium suite reserved for guests aged 16 and older.

Over 200 students compete at WorldSkills national competition in Durban

The WorldSkills South African National Competition Conference and Career festival took place from the 8th of March, at the Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre in Durban.
The event featured over 213 students from across the country, competing in 27 skill areas to showcase technical expertise, with winners advancing to the international competition in Shanghai in September this year.
The event was hosted by the Department of Higher Education and Training.
