Residents in Sandton, Midrand, Alexander Park, South Hills, Randjieslaagte and Linksfield have been notified of Rand Water's 4-day maintenance plan from tomorrow until Friday.
The work involves repairs to the O2 pipeline ahead of the high-demand season in August.
Pumping will be reduced causing low pressure or water outages.
Johannesburg Water says alternative water supply will be arranged.
Residents are urged to store water in advance, as full system recovery may take time post-maintenance.

New Educational Football Program from Real Madrid Foundation Aims High

The Real Madrid Foundation Director Andreas Borra says the launch of their Educational Football Program will use cutting-edge technology to promote football as a tool for education, upholding the foundation's core values of equality, respect, teamwork and effort.
This comes as the Foundation has launched its third educational football facility in South Africa, located at the Taroko Campus of the Generation School in Modderfontein, following the successful openings of two campuses in the Western Cape.
This initiative provides world-class football training to young athletes in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
