The Thorn Tree East and View project will provide more than 7,000 First Home Finance opportunities, over 7,500 serviced residential stands and 1,200 high rise RDP housing units.
The City will prepare the land and install roads, water and sewer infrastructure, while the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements will fund and build the housing units.

Chantè Opperman caught the attention of national selectors at the recent South African Dodgeball Nationals and earned a place in the Green Mambas squad.
Her journey began with the community based Valhalla Vikings, where dodgeball gives young people a positive outlet, structure and the chance to work towards bigger goals.
