Joburg Police Encourage Alternative Transport for Rugby Match

The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department is encouraging all rugby spectators who will be heading to Ellis Park Stadium on Saturday to utilise the various alternative transport options available instead of their private vehicles.
South Africa will to tackle Australia in the first Rugby Championship Test of the season at the stadium in Johannesburg.
The teams will meet again the following Saturday in Cape Town before the Boks face the All Blacks in back-to-back Tests in New Zealand and then Argentina in home and away Tests.
JMPD spokesperson Xolani Fihla says due to limited parking at the stadium he strongly encourage spectators to use the Park-and-Ride system to avoid traffic delays:
