Story 1
The U15 football team of Crawford International Sandton took on Eden College on May 7 in a match filled with both promise and frustration.
Despite a scoreline that didn’t reflect their efforts, Crawford showed strong improvement in the second half, where they dominated possession and created key chances.
Coach Siphelele Mtshali praised his team’s second-half performance, highlighting standout player MJ Kifiya for controlling the game’s tempo and scoring the team’s only goal.
Another strong performer was Ethan Blumberg, whose speed and tireless work rate disrupted the opposition.

Story 3
South African hip-hop heavyweight Kwesta has released his sixth studio album, The Big Bro Theory—his first solo project since 2021’s g.o.d Guluva.
The album explores his new role as a mentor in the industry, something he says began naturally after the pandemic, as the hip-hop scene changed and younger talent took over.
At an exclusive listening session attended by stars like Yanga Chief, DJ Zinhle, and Moozlie, Kwesta explained that the 12-track album is focused on the youth but told from the perspective of someone trying to be a good man.
He shared that he’s still learning how to guide others without being overbearing. The project follows his 2022 joint album Speak N Vrostaan and signals a new chapter in his 20-year career.
Kwesta has also evolved in how he presents himself, stepping back from club performances and focusing on brand-building.
