Reddam House Helderfontein in Midrand has proudly celebrated the achievement of its dedicated teaching assistant, Cathrine Ramodike, who has successfully completed her certificate in preschool studies from Stadion Higher Education.

Ramodike’s success was made possible through funding which was provided by Reddam House as part of the staff development initiative.

The head of the Early Learning and Junior Pre School, Nicola Crooks, emphasised that the teacher's success was a testament to the supportive environment fostered by the institution.

Residents of Hammanskraal North of Pretoria are set to have greater access to fresh, locally grown vegetables following the launch of a new agricultural park in the area.

The agricultural park aims to promote food security, create employment opportunities, and support small-scale farmers by providing land, equipment, and training facilities.

The initiative is a partnership between the Gauteng Department of Social Development, the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and the Rebafenyi Development Centre.

Residents emphasised the importance of empowering communities to grow their food and reduce dependency on external food sources.
