Stray Dog Finds a Home at Police Station

A hungry stray dog looking for food has found a new family at the Philippi police station in Cape Town.
Officers took in the dog, named Meisie, and made sure she was sterilised, vaccinated and microchipped, while AfriPaw helped provide her with a custom built kennel.
Meisie has since become a loyal companion and an extra set of ears for the officers, barking when she notices unfamiliar movements or suspicious sounds.
