The Junior Springboks have won the SANZAAR Under-20 Rugby Championship after drawing 29-29 with New Zealand at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
South Africa finished top of the standings on 13 points, securing their first U20 title despite the final match ending level.
The Junior Boks scored four tries through players including Yaqeen Ahmed and Samuel Badenhorst, earning the bonus point they needed early in the second half.
New Zealand scored late to level the match, but South Africa remained ahead on the log to claim the championship.
