An Aviation enthusiast has restored a Mirage F1 fighter jet in Brakpan. 78-year-old Gordon Dyne from Bedfordview was inspired by a film he saw as a child and has since built a personal collection of aviation memorabilia. He found the Mirage F1 on a farm, had it fully restored, and unveiled it in December. The jet now stands alongside another restored Mirage F1, both proudly displayed outside his private hangar.
