Sandton SPCA Expands Rescue Fleet With New Vehicle Donation
Story 1
The Sandton SPCA has strengthened its rescue operations after a generous family donated a new Isuzu vehicle to support animal welfare services in the area.
The addition means inspectors will now be better equipped to respond to cruelty cases, rescue injured animals and attend community call-outs more efficiently. Most of the organisation’s work relies on rapid response across Sandton and surrounding areas.
The vehicle was donated through the Roy McAlpine Charitable Foundation, following earlier contributions that helped add more rescue vehicles to the SPCA’s fleet.
The organisation says the support will significantly improve its ability to reach animals in need and continue its work in the community.
