South Africa’s first fully electric vehicle courier service, XPress, is now fully operational in Gauteng and surrounding provinces.
The company is running a fleet made up of entirely battery-powered vehicles.

XPress was established after the owner Alex Staniland, encountered challenges with existing delivery services while running his online smart home store business.
The owner says the decision to use EVs aligns with Staniland’s background in tech and smart systems.
XPress is currently available in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
