Afrika Tikkun Pageant Celebrates Young Disabled Talent

Afrika Tikkun has hosted its second Beauty in Ability pageant, giving 20 young people with disabilities a platform to showcase their talents.
The event was held in Johannesburg on 31 July, with finalists selected from four Afrika Tikkun centres.
Yanga Gongwana won the Mr Ability title, while Nonhlanhla Nxasana was crowned Miss Ability.
The pageant promotes disability inclusion by giving young people opportunities to build confidence and celebrate their abilities.
