City Launches Major Service Drive in Randburg

Shiven Bodasing wins top award at international skating festival

South African figure skater Shiven Bodasing earned the overall jury honour in the adult division of the International Skating Festival in late January, competing against 68 skaters from around the world. He placed highest in the artistic segment and delivered two programmes that showcased both elegance and strength.
Bodasing built his skating career while balancing a full-time job and rigorous training, and he now plans to compete at the ISU International Adult Competition in Germany later this year. His success shows the competitive skill of South African figure skaters on the world stage.
