UPYC wins big at Prague choral festival

The University of Pretoria Youth Choir competed at the Prague Advent and Christmas Choral Festival, winning gold in the Mixed Youth Choir category and a special jury prize for Vocal Culture.
They also earned the festival’s Absolute Winner title.
Their European tour included performances in Prague and a visit to the South African embassy in Berlin.
The choir, led by Lhente Mari Pitout, proudly represented South Africa, sharing the country's music with the world.
