Golfing for Teddies brings smiles to sick kids across SA

Non-profit organisation, Golfing for Teddies, is donating over 10,000 teddy bears to kids in hospitals across South Africa.
The campaign, which started last week Wednesday, includes visits to nearly 100 hospitals across the country before Christmas.
Founded in 2015 by Megan and Henrich du Preez, the organisation is marking its 10th anniversary with this effort, building on last year's 4,000 donations.
Celebrities supporting the cause include former Springbok Duane Vermeulen, ex-All Blacks icon Justin Marshall, and amapiano producer Vuzi Zulu.
GFT teams have already visited Steve Biko Hospital, Kalafong Hospital, and the Danville Hulp Projek.

21-children have received life-changing reconstructive surgeries at George Hospital, restoring smiles and boosting confidence.
The surgeries were provided through The Smile Foundation, which partners with academic hospitals across South Africa, to offer facial reconstructive procedures for children with correctable deformities and burn injuries.
