City officials take service awareness campaign to Ivory Park
Story 1
Residents of Ivory Park in Region A took part in a City of Johannesburg awareness campaign aimed at improving understanding of municipal services and how to access them.
Various city departments, including City Power, Pikitup, and the Johannesburg Roads Agency, were on site to engage with the community and share information on available services.
The campaign also addressed key local concerns such as illegal dumping, recycling, and reporting faulty streetlights, while allowing residents to raise service delivery queries directly with officials.
Officials say the initiative helped improve communication between the city and residents and made it easier to resolve community issues.
