Professor Flavia Senkubuge, Dean of Health Sciences at the University of Pretoria, has received the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa’s highest honour — the Honorary Fellowship.
Awarded in Johannesburg in June, she’s now the youngest ever recipient, recognised for her impact on public health and medical education.

Hosted by Discover Art, the exhibition provided a valuable platform to connect lesser-known creatives with the public, featuring paintings, handmade cups, and live music by Brendon Ross.
Co-founder Debbie Langley explained how Discover Art supports artists nationwide by creating a shared website where each artist can showcase their work and reach new audiences.
Collaborating with Earthen Space Fine Art Gallery, several featured artists earned the chance for a three-month gallery showcase — a rare opportunity for rising talent seeking exposure.
The event combined creativity and community, with visitors enjoying refreshments while discovering fresh artistic voices.
