Kenya’s Margaret Jepchumba secured the women’s title in 2-hours-34-minutes.
Both winners earned 250-thousand-rand.
The race on Saturday saw 18-thousand runners participate.

Mokala National Park certified as a Vulture Safe Zone
Mokala National Park in the Northern Cape has become South Africa's first national park to be certified as a Vulture Safe Zone.
This achievement is the result of years of collaborative efforts between the Endangered Wildlife Trust and South African National Parks.
The Vulture Safe Zone initiative originated from the devastating decline of vulture populations in Asia during the 1980s and 1990s, caused by a veterinary drug.
To combat this, conservationists developed the Vulture Multi-Species Action Plan, recognizing Safe Zones as a crucial strategy to mitigate risks and protect vultures.
