The African Children’s Choir joined Random Acts of Kindness Music to release the single I Wish yesterday.
The song was written and produced by Ken Freirich and recorded in Uganda with the choir’s youth voices.
The project brings together children’s choirs from across the globe to perform the song in multiple versions, including upcoming recordings in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada and the Middle East.
The accompanying music video has already surpassed 8 million views on YouTube.

MultiChoice and the Solly Malatsi Legacy Foundation have built a football field in Moduane Village, Limpopo, giving hundreds of young people a place to play.
The facility includes changing rooms, a grass pitch, and basic services, turning an unused school ground into a working sports venue.
Local school teams marked the opening with matches, with players receiving kits and winners taking home trophies and training equipment.
The field will host an annual tournament for over 600 players, giving rural youth a chance to compete and be seen.
