The NSA, advises the Minister on skills development policies and plans. The induction will explain the NSA's job, responsibilities, and how it works. It will also help the new board members understand their roles and discuss how the NSA helps shape policies to meet South Africa’s changing job market needs.The NSA advises the Minister on skills development policies and plans. In 2009, it was moved to the Department of Higher Education and Training.
