The expansion of the Automotive terminal at the Port of East London, is seen as an investment that will boost the economy of the Buffalo City. The terminal will accommodate two vessels on a 200 metre berth to move imports and exports. Previously only one vessel could be loaded due to capacity challenges. The proposed extension of the Gauteng Rapid Rail Integrated Network has been received with excitement among residents of Fourways and Randburg.The project aims to connect the existing Marlboro Station to Soweto through Randburg, Fourways, and Little Falls amongst other areas. Gautrain Senior Executive Manager for Communications, Albi Modise, says the project will create over 211 000 direct jobs and spend an estimated 1.6billion rand on skills and enterprise development.

Co-founding drummer Peter Criss, of rock veterans KISS, has announced the release of his first solo album in almost two decades. The album will be the drummer’s first solo release since 2007 album One for All. Criss had previously touched upon a new solo album back in 2017, revealing that he had a “half-finished rock album. However, Criss explained that his retirement from touring would hopefully result in the album’s completion.
